BOOKING POLICY FOR HAIR 

Thank you for choosing Beautydollsinc LLC for your hair styling needs. Please review our booking policy.


A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 is required to confirm your appointment. Without this deposit, your appointment cannot be scheduled. When contacting us over the phone or booking online, please specify your desired hairstyle or send us a photo.


If you need to cancel or change your appointment, do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows will incur a 50% charge and will result in a ban from booking.


A $25 consultation session is mandatory for certain styles and techniques.


Same-day appointments will incur an additional $45 fee. Please be aware of this.


Before your installation, ensure your hair is washed and blow-dried. All installations will include braid-down, bald cap method, and adhesive glue etc.


All hair drop-offs must be made at least two days prior to your appointment. Any drop-offs after that will incur a same-day customization fee of $30.


You have a 10-minute grace period before a late fee of $25 is charged. If you're 20 minutes late, the fee increases to $35. After 30 minutes, the fee is $45, or your appointment will be canceled if you don't notify us. However, you can reschedule for a new appointment. Please note that the initial deposit cannot be applied to a rescheduled appointment if the original appointment is canceled.


Beautydollsinc LLC HAIR COLLECTION

Wigs purchased from our hair company are already customized and must be ordered at least one to two weeks before your appointment. If you'd like to purchase hair from our collection, please text (609) 727-3086.


After-Hours Services

After-hours services are available for an additional fee of $120.00, plus any applicable service costs. Before your arrival, please note that both the after-hours fee and your deposit must be paid.


Traveling Services Fee

To confirm your appointment, kindly pay the full traveling fee plus the $35.00 deposit fee for your installation. Please note that travel fees may vary depending on the distance traveled and any applicable tolls.

  • 5–15 minutes: $50.00
  • 15–30 minutes: $90.00
  • 45–55 minutes: $150.00
  • 1–2 hours: $200.00


Payments

To pay your deposit, please use Zelle to send it to Beautydollsinc@gmail.com or Apple Pay at (609) 727-3086. Alternatively, you can make the payment in cash after your appointment.


ALL LACE WIG CLASSES – DEPOSIT POLICY

To secure your seat for All Lace Wig Classes, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the class before it begins. We accept payments via Cash App, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Zelle.


PLEASE NOTE:

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else
  • No call / no show = loss of deposit

Return & no Exchange Policy for Wigs, Hair Products and etc. 

Thank you for shopping with Beautydollsinc LLC! We want you to love your purchases, but if you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.


Return Eligibility

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, only eligible items may be returned:


Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn, unused wigs in original condition
  • Items returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose based on your preference)
  • Items with all original packaging, tags, and protective nets intact
  • Unopened hair care products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, etc.)


Not Eligible for Return:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered in any way
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or made-to-order wigs
  • Opened hair care products or accessories
  • Items returned after the return window


Return Process

  1. Contact us at @beautydollsinc.com within the return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) with your proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the return to [PO box ]. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • If the item does not meet return criteria, it may be sent back to you.
